Ros ‘Her Dark Materials’ Atkinson

Ros is a food and still life photographer based in the Cotswolds.

She has taught and photographed extensively in England and Italy. She has worked for the National Trust, the Royal Academy of Art amongst others, and loves sharing her knowledge with others. At Holmen Ros will be teaching guests the art of photography, styling and photo editing.

Born and raised in Lisbon, Nuno has dedicated his life to exploring the many facets of what creates exceptional hospitality.

James Lowe

James Lowe opened Lyle’s, in Shoreditch, in April 2014. The food is British, produce-led and driven by a common sense philosophy.

Richard Corrigan

A farmer’s son, Richard began his teenage career in the kitchens and has cooked all his life. He is a vehement supporter of British and Irish produce and small independent suppliers.

Audun Rasmussen

Paul Pethick

Paul Pethick is a creative. He's worked in many areas over the last thirty years; advertising, film, TV, animation, music and design. Job titles have encompassed creative director, musician, designer, producer, writer and even actor. Ultimately his specialism is bringing playful involvement to a broad range of situations.

Richard Bertinet

Richard Bertinet is an award-winning, renowned baker who now bakes and teaches in Bath, Somerset.

Adam Batchelor is a painter from Suffolk, UK.
