Her vil kreative tanker settes i gang hos enhver kokk. N\u00e5r du kommer hjem til Holmen med saltvannsh\u00e5r og v\u00e5te st\u00f8vler forst\u00e5r du fort hvorfor fiskestangen og urtekurven er like viktige redskaper som skjeen og gryten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Selvforsynt restaurant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5 v\u00e6re selvforsynt i st\u00f8rst mulig grad, er viktig for oss i et milj\u00f8perspektiv. I et \u00f8ysamfunn der mye styres av v\u00e6ret, er det heller ikke like lett \u00e5 f\u00e5 levering fra fastlandet.
