Sour, sharp sorrel carpets the lower mountains while&nbsp;local suppliers&nbsp;provide us with&nbsp;organic and seasonal produce&nbsp;such as rhubarb, seiersl\u00f8k and Lofoten goat. Our set menu is transformed into a daily changing a la carte menu of all things seasonal and will be&nbsp;available throughout the&nbsp;Lofoten summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In June,&nbsp;world renowned&nbsp;chefs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/guest\/niklas-ekstedt\/\">Niklas Ekstedt<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/guest\/margot-henderson\/\">Margot Henderson<\/a>&nbsp;join us for the&nbsp;summer equinox&nbsp;as part of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/kitchen-on-the-edge-of-the-world\/\">Kitchen On The Edge<\/a>, when our landscape comes alive under the&nbsp;midnight sun. Goats are producing rich milk for wonderful&nbsp;local cheeses&nbsp;and brunost while our team of chefs&nbsp;forage&nbsp;for wonderful cocktails. We won\u2019t say we will cook up a storm but the&nbsp;autumnal equinox&nbsp;will no doubt be celebrated as a&nbsp;once-in-a-life-time getaway&nbsp;seeing&nbsp;Michelin star chefs&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/guest\/james-lowe\/\">James Lowe<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/guest\/richard-corrigan\/\">Richard Corrigan<\/a>&nbsp;join us for<a href=\"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/kitchen-on-the-edge-of-the-world\/\">&nbsp;Kitchen On The Edge.<\/a>&nbsp;With the&nbsp;autumn&nbsp;smells arriving to the nose, the trees turning in colour, the grouse and hares soon to turn white, these incredible&nbsp;guest chefs&nbsp;will no doubt turn all ingredients into a seasonal carousel of magic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our&nbsp;<a
