{"id":3792,"date":"2022-04-21T16:55:26","date_gmt":"2022-04-21T16:55:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/?p=3792"},"modified":"2022-04-22T09:55:14","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T09:55:14","slug":"brat-in-the-arctic-a-marriage-of-ice-and-fire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.holmenlofoten.no\/nb\/brat-in-the-arctic-a-marriage-of-ice-and-fire\/","title":{"rendered":"Brat in the Arctic: A Marriage of Ice and Fire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We had a couple of exhilarating days last month with guest\u00a0chef Tomos Parry and Adam Smith from Brat restaurant as they joined us for Kitchen On The Edge, and the Arctic cod season.<br><br>Ocean fishing, cocktail making, exploring, cooking demos, ceramics, plasticine workshops and Brat feasting were just some of the things happening here at the tip of the Lofoten Islands, and it&#8217;s been\u00a0wonderful to witness the exchange of ideas and collaboration between Shoreditch and S\u00f8rv\u00e5gen with fires burning against the backdrop of the snow capped mountains.<br><br>From fishing Arctic cod in the early hours and foraging herbs in the snowy hills in the afternoon, the chefs never stopped and the results were epic. Our wild Lofoten produce has been in good hands!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul
