Henry trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and later worked with Simon Hopkinson. These experiences helped shape his cooking style. Eventually, he opened Bouchon Racine in London, a restaurant famous for its authentic French dishes. Now, he’s the chef director at Harcourt Inns, overseeing several gastropubs and continuing his dedication to French bistro cooking.
