We may be far away, we share a love for exceptional food and interesting people brought together by a unique setting. Valentine Warner and Holmen Lofoten invite you to the Kitchen on the Edge of the World; driven by the world’s best chefs and bartenders against a truly extraordinarily wild backdrop. Chefs and bartenders will showcase local and seasonal produce in their creations; all within the setting of the dramatic Lofoten landscape.

There will be opportunities to join the hosts in foraging, fishing and learning about sustainable practices. In addition, there will be a variety of cooking and drinks demonstrations, knife making, water activities, hiking, picnics and other entertainment.

The 2020 theme is centered around food and art. Some of the artists we have leading various workshops include:
Jim Parkyn from Aardman Animations
– Olly & Suzi; collaborative artists and wilderness expedition outfitters
– Tom Frost @theboyfrost

Come along with us to be truly inspired, connect with nature, and enrich your spirit.

Artist and chef schedules may be subject to change. Please note that we can not cater for all food preferences.
